TRIA news at K2022

From 19 to 26 October, as every 3 years, we will be present at the K fair at the Düsseldorf Convention Center.

During this edition, many TRIA news will be presented.

Tcloud
, this is the name of the first novelty. A new service that can be activated both for new purchases and for granulators already in the customer's possession.

At the demonstration area of the TRIA booth it will be possible to see how our service team will remotely connect to a working granulator at an OEM booth.
Some of the functions of Tcloud:

  • Real-time display of all operating parameters
  • Possibility of extrapolation and analysis of the data sent by the granulator
  • Ability to schedule ad hoc maintenance operation in advance for each individual customer based on the data received.

From the first day of the opening, visitors who come to visit us will also be able to see two new Series of granulators, one dedicated to thermoforming and one dedicated to blow molding.

After the latest version presented during the K2013 edition and with over 500 units installed and sold worldwide, the TF Series has undergone a major upgrade.

TRIA will in fact be pleased to show the new TS Series which will enrich the range dedicated to thermoforming.
The models will boast a renewed look and design, a decrease in electrical absorption, an increase in silence and ease of cleaning.

The new line dedicated to the grinding of small hollow pieces deriving from the blowing processes is born after listening attentively to the feedback and needs of our customers; in fact, combining the peculiarities of the tangential cutting chamber of our best seller, the BM Series, with the reduced footprint of the JM 20 Series, the BM 20 Series was born.
This new model is suitable for all those companies that need a high-performance machine with reduced consumption, of contained dimensions and which allows to grind small hollow bodies, such as bottles, flacons, etc..

We look forward to seeing you in two weeks at our booth…don't miss it!
